This site exists to provide information intended to help you lower your carbon footprint by sharing what we are doing to lower ours. We will take a broad approach to this, because it isn’t just about the changes we make in our own lives. The climate emergency is inherently a collective problem–we can’t avoid the impacts of any other person or organization’s carbon pollution because it all goes into the same atmosphere we all share. This means that the biggest impact we can have is our democratic and public influence on our governments and corporations. Ultimately, the goal is to maintain a positive focus, not only because complaining and worry is self-destructive, but also because working together for the greater good is good for the soul.
