As of this writing, there are over 96,000 public charging stations in the US and Canada (source) with 80,000 Level 2 and 15,000 DCFC stations (some locations have both). This does not include the millions of home EV chargers and uncountable private and publicly accessible AC electric outlets, any of which an EV can be charged from. These numbers continue to grow rapidly.
